Hopefully you have had a chance to read the information contained under  "APE PROGRAMS"

The truly individual and specific nature of APE workouts gives each athlete an advantage over their competition.  It is simply not enough for athletes today to go to a gym and "get in a workout". Athletes must train and they must train specific to the demands of their sport(s) as well as to the timing of their individual sport(s) calendar.  If after reading all the information on why it is important to train, and to train the right way, you are still uncertain if APE is right for you, simply take a look at the list of athletes and organizations who have trained under the APE principles.
