A.P.E. would like to announce the next strength and conditioning class being offered at The Warehouse. This Post-Season class is designed specifically for players who are continuing with fall sports and/or going to various showcases/prospect camps. It is ideal for helping players maintain strength so that they may perform well during their fall season and/or present well at showcases. The class is also designed for athletes who are not continuing with a sport during the fall, but are looking to maintain overall fitness as they taper down from a long summer season. The lower volume of classes will allow the athletes to recover from the season while providing enough of a physical stimulus to help maintain overall fitness. The Post-Season class will also serve as a foundation for the Off-Season (starting mid-October) and Pre-Season (starting January) classes that begin in the near future. Players will work out two times per week for four weeks. Classes will be held from 700-800pm, every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning September 4th. The class will run from Tuesday, September 4th thru Thursday, September 27th. Price of the class is $200 and is limited to 10 athletes. If enough interest is generated we can create a class section that is held at an alternate time to meet demand. It is essential to continue working out during this phase of the calendar to show well for colleges, prepare for upcoming seasons and to avoid a major drop off in general strength and conditioning that is seen when athletes taper down from competition. If you have any questions about the class or would like to register please contact Ben Gaal directly at 447-9759 or email@example.com.
Program has been completed. Check back in the winter for the Off-Season session.

Wake Forest Baseball and APE Strength Training
Wake Forest starting pitcher Mike Pirro spent his winter break throwing at the CNY Baseball Warehouse and working out with APE Strength Training. Taking advantage of the training facility allowed the standout sophomore to prepare for the upcoming season. We wish Mike the best and look forward to following the former Baseball U star as he battles through another season in the ACC.
Oswego State Baseball Endorses APE Strength Training
Scott Landers, Oswego State Head Baseball Coach
December 20, 2012
Ben is a young, energetic Strength and Conditioning Coach who takes pride in his work. In my two years at Oswego State, we have used the APE Strength Training Program that has benefited our athletes immensely. Ben's sport specific program has shown to make our players much stronger physically and noticeably faster while maintaining the flexibility to perform at the highest level. The APE program is outstanding for any level athlete who is committed to being the best. I would recommend any baseball player who wants to play at the next level to use Ben and his abilities.
Le Moyne College Baseball
November 28, 2012
Greetings from the Heights,
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We have just finished our workouts for the fall semester and I am extremely happy with where we are at this point. It is now time for the student-athletes to buckle down and get ready for the stretch run of classes and finals. We are very proud of our accomplishments in the classroom as we received the “NE-10 Team Academic Excellence” award last season for the highest team GPA in the conference. We are striving for another great semester in the classroom and to repeat as award winners for the following semester.
On the baseball side of things, the fall season was a great success. The new additions have fit in very well and the team chemistry looks good. The guys have been working out very hard in the weight room and it shows as they are in great physical shape at this point. We would like to give a special thanks to Ben Gaal, a former player here at Le Moyne, who is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist at APE Strength Training located in the CNY Baseball Warehouse (www.cnybaseballwarehouse.com). Ben has worked with our team the past few years and we have seen great improvements in this area of our program.
There will be some battles for starting spots as the spring season gets under way that should be fun to watch. The guys will have to continue to work very hard over break to be ready to go when they arrive back on campus in January. We will only have a few weeks to prepare before we head to North Carolina for our first game against Mount Olive. We are looking forward to another exciting season ahead.
