A.P.E. In-Season Class Phase II        More about A.P.E.

A.P.E. would like to announce the next strength and conditioning class being offered at The Warehouse.  This In-Season class is designed specifically for spring sport athletes looking to maintain the strength and power gains made during the Off-Season as they play their school schedule.  The class will also focus on arm care, flexibility, and rotary stability in order to minimize the chance of soreness and injury due to the increased volume of throwing, rotational movements, and overall physical activity as seen during the season.  The program will run for 4 weeks from Monday, April 30th thru Thursday, May 24th.  Classes will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with players choosing any 2 of those days.  Classes will run from 6:30-7:30pm with the exception of two class dates (Wednesday, May 2nd 7:30-8:30pm and Thursday, May 3rd 7:00-8:00pm).  Players may choose the two days that fit their given schedule best and may alter those days from week to week.  If players are unsure of what two days are the best choice I will be happy to help them choose. Due to the varied class times, families can pay as they go or they can pay their class balance at the end of the session, and will only be charged for classes attended.  Each class session is $25. Also, players looking to train more than twice a week may supplement additional classes for a fee of $25 each extra session. It is essential to continue working out during the season if players wish to remain healthy and avoid a drop-off in performance as the school season progresses and summer seasons approach.  To register for the class, or if you have any questions about the class itself, or are  wondering if it is a good fit for a specific individual, please contact Ben Gaal, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and previous Strength and Conditioning Coach in the Los Angeles Angels Organization, at 315-447-9759 or gaalbz@lemoyne.edu
